<description>Are Sprint/Nextel or Esurance.com signatories to the Commercials contracts?

The 2006 extension agreement recognized SAG/AFTRA jurisdiction in New Media. However, it doesn't set any rates. The Booz-Allen model includes some very rudimentary New Media compensation provisions that are based on multiples of session fees. I'm not sure if Booz-Allen has made other recommendations not reflected in the model. It appears that the underlying concept is 13-week segments for New Media (although there are other references to one-year segments -- it's somewhat confusing).

I see the Esurance spots frequently on cable TV. At first blush I'm not convinced that they're union, but I have no information on it.
